If you decide to not keep your purchase, whatever your reason, you won't be stuck with furniture you cannot use or do not want.101patiofurniture.com is pleased to offer the most convenient and flexible return policy in the industry.

Shipping:

101patiofurniture.com provides shipping applies to most destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Standard motor freight is used for our merchandise. Upon prior notification, customer will be notified via telephone or email. The 101patiofurniture.com staff will include your pre-delivery contact phone number and delivery address. They will arrange for an approximate time of delivery.

Customer will need to be home to accept delivery and unload the merchandise. Assembly instructions are provided with the merchandise.

Customers are responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if you refuse the delivery of the furniture. Both the freight charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund when you refuse delivery or cancel your furniture order while the merchandise is in transit.

NOTE: If no one is at home when delivery is attempted, customer will incur a minimum re-delivery charge of $100.00 per order. Please make sure someone is at the delivery destination to receive the order.

We are currently located at Los Angeles, California.We cannot ship an item to a P.O. Box, or destination is not accessible by delivery truck. Please provide a physical shipping address.

Return:

101patiofurniture.com offers an easy and flexible 15-day return guarantee. After you receive your order, if the furniture does not match the decor of your home or didn't meet your expectations, we will provide you with a refund.

Upon delivery, please carefully examine each piece of your furniture. If you wish to return the furniture for preference reasons, you must contact 101patiofurniture.com customer service within 15 days of your delivery. If you notice any damage or imperfections within 15 days of your delivery, please notify 101patiofurniture.com customer service.

Most merchandise can be returned within 15 days in unused, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging. 101patiofurniture.com cannot accept furniture that has been used. It must be in new condition with no damage. Please wrap carefully. All returns must arrive at our warehouse in original condition; otherwise additional fees will apply and will be deducted from your credit.

101patiofurniture.com will only accept a return if you contact us within 15 days of delivery. Please note when you decide to return an item, customers are responsible for round trip shipping charges unless the return is a result of an error on our part, we cannot credit shipping or handling charges. Round trip freight charges include actual outgoing as well as inbound shipping cost on promotionally reduced or free shipping items. In order to properly return the item, it must be in new and unused, securely packaged inside its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, 101patiofurniture.com will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be notified by email once your return as been processed.

To return your order simply log into your account, click Contact Us and send us an email with your order number. 101patiofurniture.com customer service will contact customer with all the details. All returns must be pre-approved and must be on file before your return will be accepted.

Cancellations:

Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they ship. If your shipment is en route, or you refuse an order, it will fall under our standard return policy which is subject to a deduction of round trip shipping from your refund. We cannot cancel an order unless we receive your request in writing to email address prior to shipment. You must receive an acknowledgment from us confirming the cancellation. There are no exceptions.

Custom orders may not be canceled after 48 hours from the initial order.
